This new work is a intimate and touching portrait of two old men. Filmed on the Swedish island of Gotland, the film offers a carefully observed slice of life. The camera’s gaze is light and gently humourous. The film is structured as a mirror, as a parallel montage. These two men are connected in more ways than one but it is a shame to give that away before watching the piece.
